Microsoft Excel - How to Prevent copied blank cells from replacing data in Excel?

  1. Select the range of cells you want to copy.
  2. Click Copy .
  3. Select the upper-left cell of the paste area.
  4. Click the arrow to the right of Paste and then click Paste Special.
  5. Select the Skip blanks check box.
